Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the individual needs of all children
- Maintain and improve the quality of our childcare practices, ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Assist in setting and reviewing individual targets with staff, driving continuous improvement and professional development
- Take on additional management responsibilities as required, including playroom management and budget control
