Role Overview

Grandir UK is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of 3rd in Charge. This position plays a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a nurturing environment that caters to the unique needs of all children.
  • Maintain and improve childcare practices through effective monitoring and evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with children, staff, parents, and carers.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff.
  • Ensure the nursery's practices and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Collaborate with staff to set and review individual targets.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required, including playroom management.
  • Manage costs within agreed budgets.
