We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Senior to join our dynamic team at Time Appointments Ltd. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for numerous clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Manage and maintain payroll systems, including Auto-enrolment pensions, statutory payments, and HMRC and RTI legislation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement payroll strategies and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in payroll processing, including Auto-enrolment pensions and statutory payments
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including HMRC and RTI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
