P&S Personnel is excited to announce an opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the services rendered by the company are executed in a secure, efficient, and economically viable manner. This position will assist the Operations Manager and Contract Supervisor in the seamless operation of the Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients to enhance contract support.
  • Oversee the allocation of personnel and resources to meet contract obligations, prioritizing workloads and collaborating with internal teams and the Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to guarantee that all necessary documentation for month-end processes is completed and submitted within established timelines.
  • Engage with the Training and Competence Coordinator to verify that all staff members possess the appropriate training and competency levels.
  • Maintain precise schedules and records for each client to facilitate business planning and ensure that databases are accurately populated.
  • Supervise Operations Support personnel to ensure that tasks are completed to the required standards and within designated timeframes.
  • Adhere to the company's quality management system and prioritize safety in all operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the QSHE department to ensure that policies and procedures are current and followed diligently.
  • Ensure the prompt resolution of onshore and offshore tickets to support efficient invoicing and cash flow management.
  • Promote a proactive culture of efficiency and accountability within areas of responsibility.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide emergency contact and on-call support as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to meet the demands of the role and deliver services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all facets of administrative and operational support.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
  • A valid UK driving license and current passport are essential.
