Position Overview:

  • Directly reporting to the Senior Lettings Supervisor within the office
  • Identifying profitable business prospects and independently generating appointments
  • Contributing to exceed branch objectives for property evaluations, instructions, lettings, and other essential performance metrics aligned with the branch's business strategy
  • Conducting thorough Market Evaluations and securing instructions in line with the company's standard conversion rates
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings while overseeing the leasing process
  • Maintaining and updating an accurate applicant database
  • Regularly communicating with Landlords and applicants, documenting all interactions
  • Guiding clients through the leasing process with efficiency
  • Supporting business growth initiatives
  • Managing various ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
  • Building rapport, establishing trust, and fostering long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborating effectively with all departments and referring business when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Motivation to meet and exceed targets

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient in arithmetic and English
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license
