About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Surgical Division at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective medication management for patients within our surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize medication management and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Provide leadership and support to junior pharmacists and contribute to the development of the pharmacy team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in a surgical specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
