We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Director to join our team at SevenRooms, a leading guest experience and retention platform. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of SDRs to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pipeline and revenue creation
  • Partner with operations to build infrastructure and forecast modeling to determine targets, quota, compensation, and capacity planning
  • Develop daily/weekly key performance metrics and dashboards to drive team performance
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on team performance and accurate forecasts based on SDR performance and historical trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years of experience managing global or regional inbound/outbound qualification teams
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with demonstrated success of leading high-performing teams in Sales Development or Inside Sales
  • Extensive knowledge of sales development enablement tools, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.
  • Proven ability to coach and drive positive team momentum in a changing sales environment
  • Passion for prospecting and sales development best practices
  • Experience in creating and improving the sales development process, methodology, training, and enablement
