Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team at Talent Finder Jobs. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of a new or existing residential home specialising in meeting the needs of individual young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, including registering a new home with OFSTED and working towards obtaining a 'good' or above rating.
  • Work with HR to recruit and develop a new team for the Home.
  • Plan and deliver quality support to young people.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage an efficient team of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Manage resources effectively and report concerns as needed.
  • Implement and manage administrative systems as required.
