About the Role:
Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a skilled Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working with a variety of contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, as well as bespoke agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the value of work completed for interim payments
- Monitor project expenditure against the budget
- Liaise with account departments to advise on cost and revenue matters
- Prepare and update project programmes to reflect changes
- Prepare the final account to reconcile all costs and payments
- Generate weekly cost/value reports
Requirements:
- RICS-accredited degree
- Experience in a similar role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
- Analytical thinking
- Accurate and timely provision of information
- UK driving license
What We Offer:
This role comes with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. You will also be working for an employer that is invested in your career progression as much as you are.
