About the Role

The Pictet Group, a leading independent wealth and asset manager, is seeking a skilled Reconciliation Officer to join its London-based team. As a key member of the reconciliations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate books and records, minimizing reconciliation breaks, and delivering exceptional client service to Investment Managers and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver high-quality reconciliation services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in cash, stock, FX, CFD, ETD, Repo, and OTC reconciliations.
  • Actively contribute to change management initiatives and projects within reconciliations and across the Operations department.
  • Collaborate with other Operations teams and Pictet business areas to build a robust service offering and contribute to the Reconciliations Centre of Excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience in a reconciliation or similar role within Asset Management, including reconciliation of alternatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of multiple reconciliation tools, with experience of the Gresham CTC reconciliation tool being advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of dealing with multiple custodians and their website portals.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and Tableau, with some coding experience beneficial.
  • Motivated by continued learning, with a proactive approach to errors, problem-solving, and resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
