Job Title: Head of Editorial Video and Audio Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Editorial Video and Audio Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging editorial videos and podcasts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video and audio production, with experience in producing accomplished editorial videos and podcasts. You will be responsible for leading a small team of shooters and editors, managing the freelance budget and production schedule, and delivering agreed levels of output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for video and audio production
  • Manage a team of shooters and editors to produce high-quality video and audio content
  • Oversee the production schedule and budget for video and audio projects
  • Work with the editorial team to evolve the quality and effectiveness of video and audio output
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video and audio production
Requirements
  • Proven experience in video and audio production, with a strong background in editorial content
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of shooters and editors
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling skills, with experience in managing freelance budgets and production schedules
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
