Cover Supervisors

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team of Cover Supervisors working in schools across Southampton. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour in various secondary schools across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons and manage classroom behaviour in secondary schools across Southampton
- Work with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, and provide support to students
- Develop and maintain good relationships with students, teachers, and school staff
- Be available to work at least three days per week, and be willing to travel to various schools within the local area
- Have a degree and/or relevant experience of working in a school setting
- Have recent experience of teaching or supporting in a classroom in the UK
- Be able to show good behaviour and classroom management skills
Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
