About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to lead our development projects in Plymouth, Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the management of designated projects to achieve timely completion, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize resources and direct the management of designated development projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality specifications
  • Manage and coordinate site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service

Requirements
  • Valid SMSTS certificate
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • A proven background in new build housing site management and timber frame
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation
  • Thorough, with strong attention to detail
