About Rucola at The Conduit

Rucola, a rooftop restaurant from New York, is set to open in the heart of Covent Garden. As a key member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate group of individuals who share our commitment to sustainability and zero waste.

Our Mission

We strive to create a positive social, environmental, and economic impact through our food and beverage offerings. Our menu is inspired by the principles of farm-to-table cuisine, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Your Role

We are seeking a warm and engaging waiting staff member who will provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take an active interest in our seasonal menus and be able to explain the background of our supplies and ethos.
  • Provide well-considered and generous service to all members and guests of Rucola and The Conduit.
  • Anticipate the needs of our guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist our customers with wine pairing, if you have a knowledge or interest in wine.
