Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our digital marketing team at Radius Payment Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across multiple channels and global markets, ensuring that our advertising investment contributes to achieving our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that focus on generating high-quality leads and achieving a strong ROI.
- Manage our budget allocation across various platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, and more.
- Work closely with our CRO & UX teams to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
- Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure seamless lead handoff through every stage of the lead funnel.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continually improve campaign performance.
- Use analytics tools to track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of paid media campaigns against lead generation goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to keep the team updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimization.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, MS Ad.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing substantial media budgets with a focus on achieving optimal ROI.
- Ability to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
