Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our CRO & UX teams to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Use analytics tools to track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of paid media campaigns against lead generation goals.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, MS Ad.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget management experience with a focus on achieving optimal ROI.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
