We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Practitioner to join our team at Scope-Medical Recruitment. As a respected healthcare provider, we deliver a broad spectrum of medical services to a diverse patient base.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Comprehensive Medical Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage various health conditions, including routine check-ups and preventive care.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans and follow up on their progress.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Educate Patients: Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of patient care.
- Medical Degree and Registration: Hold a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and be currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Proven Experience: Have proven experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting.
- Strong Diagnostic Skills: Possess strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Commitment to Continuous Professional Development: Commit to continuous professional development and staying current with medical practices.
- International Medical Graduates Welcome: International medical graduates are welcome to apply and will be assessed for the opportunity in accordance with RACGP Pathways.
- Competitive Remuneration Rate: Receive a competitive remuneration rate of $170/hr for the first three months of practice.
- Remuneration Offered for Commitment: Be offered 75% remuneration for a two-year commitment.
- Opportunity to Work in a Supportive Team: Have the opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Relocation Allowance: Receive a relocation allowance (upon negotiation).
- Sign-on Bonus: Receive a sign-on bonus (meeting certain criteria).
- Choice of Full-time or Part-time Practice: Have the choice of full-time or part-time practice.
