The Role
As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for providing facilities management deliverables at all engineering services sites, UK and worldwide, for both Babcock Intelligence and Security administered premises and those customer sites where Babcock has a presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide facilities management services to ensure the smooth operation of our sites
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
• Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
