About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Network IT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in a busy and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams within an agile software management environment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster the professional growth of your team members.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on development experience, as well as management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with agile software management methodologies.
