Job Opportunity at Little Rock Equine Vets

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Practice Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our busy Equine Ambulatory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise office staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and overall team performance.
  • Develop and implement effective staff rotas, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Coordinate and manage the diaries of vets and office staff, including on-call rotas, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee debt control and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Manage and process invoices, VAT returns, and cash and card receipts on our Practice Management System.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Director, ensuring transparency and accountability.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, contributing to the development and success of Little Rock Equine Vets.

Working Arrangements:

  • 32-36 hours per week.
  • Remuneration from £36,000 to £42,000 per annum, including 28 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata).
