Key Responsibilities

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking to appoint a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance their proficient team.

With a robust focus on customer satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail, you will collaborate independently with the Quality team to support the broader operational team.

  • Conduct regular plant hygiene and pest control audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist the Site Quality Manager in maintaining equipment calibration and servicing according to the internal schedule.
  • Support the Site Quality Manager in addressing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Lead and engage in quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Implement process confirmations and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to minimize variations in quality parameters at both machine and departmental levels.
  • Act as a deputy for the Site Quality Manager when required.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience in a lean manufacturing environment, particularly within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, along with Six Sigma training, would be beneficial.

  • Proficient in SAP, shop floor systems, Microsoft Office Excel, and Minitab.
