Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure they are let quickly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and coordinate move-ins.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
Requirements
  • Full driving licence and access to your own car.
  • Previous lettings experience preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
