At Adecco, we're seeking a skilled Trade Planning Assistant to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you're a data-driven individual with a passion for analytics and customer insights, this role is perfect for you.

As a Trade Planning Assistant, you'll play a vital role in understanding performance drivers, analyzing data, and developing recommendations to optimize our Events programme. You'll apply customer insights to space, sales, and customer perception, prioritizing promotions and ranges based on customer needs and calendar themes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement range development strategies
  • Analyze market data to inform trade planning decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Events programme
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

  • Proven track record of making data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent influencing and communication abilities
  • Operational skills, including project management and data analysis
  • Customer focus and a deep understanding of customer needs
