Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across a broad portfolio of products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to maintain client satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes
- A proven track record in sales, preferably within business services or a similar industry
- Strong ability to take a consultative approach to selling and upselling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Ability to identify client needs and proactively present solutions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
