About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social events
  • Administer medication and provide general support as needed
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK and be at least 18 years old
  • Full driving license and access to a fully insured vehicle
  • Warm and caring nature, with a passion for making a difference in people's lives
  • Reliable and responsible, with good communication skills
  • Experience in care is valuable, but full training will be provided
