Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps

  • Stay up-to-date on treatment menus and product knowledge, making informed recommendations to clients
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and preferences

  • Ensure treatment rooms are set up to the highest standards, prior to each treatment

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and spa therapy
  • Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, with a professional background in beauty therapy and a Spa/Beauty qualification in CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/NVQ/VTCT
  • Certification in beauty and massage therapy, with a strong understanding of product lines and treatment protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and caring attitude towards clients
  • Ability to work well in a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Good time management skills, with a focus on meeting targets and driving revenue growth
