About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Officer to provide administrative support to our Operational HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing changes within the Electronic Staff Record, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, salary variations, and DBS checks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to staff and managers, responding to workforce queries and providing advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the Trust, working in conjunction with payroll and recruitment services to deliver a seamless service.
  • Support managers with proactive management of sickness absence queries and cases, ensuring accurate and timely completion of contractual variations.
  • Undertake ad hoc project work as requested by the Senior Workforce Advisor and Workforce and Employee Relations Manager.

Person Specification
