About the Role

MHR is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers and ensure the quality of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and standards.
  • Collaborate with the project management office (PMO) to effectively manage the asset base of the portfolio of projects.
  • Work with project managers and sales teams to identify and realize additional commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure the optimization of resource deployment and the effective management of risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing HR/payroll systems projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, including line management, mentoring, and support.
  • Ability to proactively ensure high team utilization and performance achievement of KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
