Job Introduction

Sportswift Ltd T/A Card Factory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, focusing on customer satisfaction, colleague development, and sales growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to achieve their full potential.
  • Make informed decisions on stock availability, merchandising, and other commercial aspects of the store.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including district and regional managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
