Retail Store Leadership Role

Sportswift Ltd T/A Card Factory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, focusing on customer satisfaction, colleague development, and sales growth.
Role Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Coach and develop colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to achieve their full potential.
- Make informed decisions on stock availability, merchandising, and other commercial aspects of the store.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including district and regional managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
- You will have a proven track record of success in a retail management role, with a strong focus on customer experience and commercial growth.
- You will be an effective leader and communicator, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
- You will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive growth and profitability.
- You will be a strong collaborator, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
