Job Overview

As a Facilities Operations Leader at Sodexo, you will be instrumental in steering the provision of a wide array of facilities management solutions. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, your role will encompass overseeing operational activities, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Your primary objective will be to optimize service delivery, ensuring value and benefits for both Sodexo and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as the principal liaison with essential stakeholders across the organization, establishing clear priorities and goals for service delivery.


• Evaluate operational performance, address complex challenges, and cultivate a culture of accountability within your team.


• Promote ongoing improvement and spearhead the implementation of transformative initiatives.


• Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations while supporting internal or external audits.


• Provide leadership and strategic guidance for your operational area, managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:


• Demonstrated experience in leadership and strategic direction.


• Strong proficiency in improvement and innovation, with a background in applying LEAN methodologies.


• Ability to cultivate effective teams and mentor colleagues.


• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels of the organization.


• Experience in managing change initiatives and senior-level responsibilities.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach.
