Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Specialist
- Assist the sales team with various tasks - processing sales orders, aiding in quotations, managing customer renewals, collaborating with suppliers.
- Develop strong relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries until resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone to keep them informed at every stage, track deliveries, confirm project scheduling, and welcome clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure all orders and projects are executed effectively.
Experience Required: Customer Engagement Specialist
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, customer support, or general business role.
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer service-oriented telephone demeanor.
- Ability to drive initiatives and ensure completion of tasks.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, particularly in managing priorities and diverse workloads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a similar role such as call center, customer service, account management, or sales support is advantageous.
- Possession of a driving license and vehicle is preferred.
