As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist Solicitors in their caseloads, handling various conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and shared ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Solicitors in their caseloads, ensuring timely and efficient completion of conveyancing matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide accurate and reliable information to support the conveyancing process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Draft and review legal documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and deal with post-completion matters and registrations, ensuring seamless transaction completion.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a client-centric attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
