Position Overview

Jameson Legal is representing a prestigious global law firm based in the UK, currently in search of a qualified associate with expertise in structured finance for their London office.

The practice group provides legal counsel to a distinguished clientele, including financial institutions, mortgage providers, asset management firms, and private equity entities, on a diverse array of structured finance operations involving various asset categories. The responsibilities will encompass securitisation transactions, whole business securitisations, covered bonds, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and trade receivables.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified in England & Wales or under a common law jurisdiction
  • 1-4 years of post-qualification experience acquired at a competing City law firm or a highly regarded international legal practice
  • Prior experience in structured finance, securitisation, and/or debt capital markets
  • A strong commitment to specializing in structured finance and securitisation
  • Exceptional academic credentials from a reputable university
