Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Executive Chairman's calendar, arranging meetings, and managing travel logistics
  • Facilitating executive meetings, crafting agendas, and recording meeting minutes
  • Supervising premises and facilities management, including collaboration with contractors
  • Maintaining documentation of client feedback and survey outcomes
  • Administering company credit card expenditures
  • Organizing and executing firm-wide events and initiatives
  • Addressing complaints and ensuring compliance training records are up to date

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative assistance

  • Skilled in drafting Board-level agendas and minutes
  • Educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with business systems and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the legal sector or legal compliance
  • Project management expertise
  • Certification in first aid and fire warden training
