Job Summary:

DRIVERTEMPS LIMITED is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 driver for regular and ongoing general haulage work. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV Class 1 driving license, a valid CPC and digital tachograph cards, and a minimum of one year's experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive curtain-sided trailers for general haulage work
  • Start work in the morning and work for approximately 10 hours
  • Load and unload goods using a forklift, with minimal labor required
  • Make around 8-10 drops per shift
  • Work on a PAYE or umbrella basis, with the option to work as a Ltd Company

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 driving license
  • Valid CPC and digital tachograph cards
  • Minimum one year's experience in the industry
  • Knowledge of EU drivers' hours and WTD legislation
  • Good communication skills

About You:

  • You must have held your HGV Class 1 license for a minimum of one year
  • You must have no more than six points on your license
  • You must be over the age of 25
