  • Implement quality activities across various sites.
  • Interpret and apply project contractual requirements related to quality.
  • Participate in project-related meetings.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team on quality requirements during tendering stages.
  • Ensure the relevance and effectiveness of work instructions and procedures, collaborating with process owners to develop compliant and useful documentation.
  • Maintain open communication with clients' QA departments.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Address any other processes requiring relevant quality input.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CQI Membership or pursuing accreditation is essential.
  • Current Internal Auditor qualification is required.
  • Proficient in delivering internal audits of management systems and communicating outcomes effectively.
  • Experience in developing project QA documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs, etc.) and reviewing supplier QA documentation.
  • Current knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems in regulated environments such as construction, petrochemical, or aerospace.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate resolution techniques.
