  • Team Management - Lead and inspire your team to uphold exemplary standards throughout the property. Actively participate in the recruitment and training of team members, ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and HR guidelines.
  • Contractor Oversight - Collaborate with site team members to manage contractor agreements and routines, employing company systems to guarantee effective implementation and monitoring of contractor performance to maintain high standards.
  • Asset Oversight - Assist in the ongoing management of property assets, ensuring that maintenance schedules, risk mitigation tasks, and mobilization efforts are executed efficiently and promptly.
  • Mobilization Support - Aid in the company’s mobilization strategy, coordinating with clients, support teams, and other stakeholders involved in the site’s operational setup. Ensure that all mobilization activities are thoroughly completed and documented in the appropriate systems.
  • Health & Safety Advocacy - Act as a champion for Health & Safety within the property. Take responsibility for identifying and addressing risks. Collaborate with team members, clients, support teams, contractors, and customers to uphold high standards of health & safety and risk management.

Salary Range: £32,000-£34,000 per annum (based on experience)
