About the Role:

  • Oversee a diverse range of client files, managing transactions related to landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions, disposals, and estate management.
  • Handle a substantial caseload for key clients, often under tight deadlines.
  • Accurately record time and strive to achieve billing objectives.
  • Engage effectively with clients and external solicitors to provide guidance, negotiate transactions, and resolve inquiries.
  • Assist in large portfolio transactions by preparing documentation and managing relevant information.
  • Compile property reports and support other tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal in real estate or a comparable transactional field is preferred.
  • Possession of a Law Degree, LPC, or ILEX qualification.
  • Strong client service and communication abilities, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Self-assured, quick to learn, and proactive.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Proficient in IT.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with the capacity to take ownership of responsibilities.
