We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Vale Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Clinical Care: Provide evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate excellent clinical skills, manual therapy skills, and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to Team Success: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient health and recovery.
- Support Professional Development: Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes, and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience: Demonstrated evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting a desire to develop as a practitioner.
- Skills: Excellent manual therapy skills, confident communication skills, and strong organization skills.
