About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established insurance brokerage based in the heart of the industry. Due to continued growth, we now have a full-time office-based position for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler/Senior to join our busy and vibrant team, offering a great place to further your experience and career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Checking - Working on new business and renewals.
- Negotiating terms and managing client's mid-term adjustments.
- Maintaining and updating diary records.
- Keep accurate client records on Acturis.
- Visiting clients when required.
- Day-to-day support of account executives.
- Preparing Market Presentations.
- Preparation of Risk Registers.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years commercial insurance account handling experience required.
- Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proactive and confident in building and maintaining client and insurer relationships.
- Previous experience using Acturis software is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Previous insurance experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of Current Insurance Market is desirable.
- Insurance Qualifications are desirable.
