Pertemps Professional Recruitment is seeking a qualified and seasoned Practice Supervisor to enhance the Adult Safeguarding division. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of staff
- Act as a decision-maker in the Safeguarding Adults Triage process
- Oversee performance management of the team and their outputs
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of practitioner experience in adult social services
- Must hold qualifications such as Best Interest Assessor, Approved Mental Health Professional, or Practice Educator (or a commitment to pursue such training)
