Job Overview

A role where you can make a real difference in people's lives. As a Site Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing daily cleaning operations to improve the quality of people's lives. Your team will create a clean and sterile environment for the well-being and safety of patients, staff, and visitors, preventing the spread of infection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities
  • Oversee, plan, and coordinate the cleaning operation to ensure a sterile and safe environment
  • Maintain patient safety by keeping their rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas clean
  • Ensure a safe working environment throughout the hospital for all employees
  • Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH
  • Support staff orientation and team training and development
