We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects on time, to budget, and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager/Engineer with the preparation of site files, including Health and Safety files, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including marked-up drawings, progress reports, and certifications, to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise on-site labor, ensuring they are working in designated areas and adhering to contractual requirements.
  • Monitor labor levels and ensure the provision of certified plant and equipment, where necessary, to maintain project efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project timelines and contribute to the development of effective project management strategies.
  • Communicate project progress and potential issues to the Project Manager/Engineer, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delays.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of BS EN 12845, BS9251:2021, and LPS1048 Schemes.
  • Proficiency in engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Desirable: LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 Competent and LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 Competent.
  • Practical experience in managing on-site labor and resources.
  • Valid SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS Gold Card Holder (desirable).
  • Knowledge of CDM Management Principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of project documentation, including RAMs and Quality.
