Job Description

Job Title: Repair Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Repair Operations Coordinator to join our team at Great Places. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient scheduling and allocation of repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and right first time repairs through effective planning and resource scheduling of repairs jobs.
  • Liaise with the call centre and on-site repair colleagues to maximize productivity and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage operative diaries to maximize productivity and ensure that daily/weekly planning of all works is controlled and managed effectively.
  • Ensure that customer appointments are scheduled appropriately to take into account customer needs and ensure the right operative/contractor is allocated the job.
  • Review, monitor, and manage travel distance and time between jobs allocated to each operative to increase operative productivity.
  • Utilize data to assess improvements and implement actions to reduce time lost and increase overall productivity, driving up overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of systems.
  • Excellent understanding of providing first-class customer service.
  • Strong ability to multitask and ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to deal with changing requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate initiative and liaise proactively with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent administration skills.
