As a Registered Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward, you will set the benchmark for patient care. You must be registered with the relevant regulatory body and possess the necessary qualifications and experience pertinent to your registration, including NMC. Additionally, you should have post-registration experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Ward Nurse:
- Exhibit flexibility, motivation, and excellent communication skills while being a collaborative team player.
- Become part of a cohesive team led by our matron on a consultant-directed ward.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of each patient's individual needs.
- Collaborate directly with some of the most skilled clinical professionals in the field.

- Work alongside practitioners from various departments to ensure seamless patient care.
