As we expand our operations to include in-house inventory, we seek a dedicated professional to manage our operational processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management: Maintain precise stock levels through regular inventory checks, addressing discrepancies, and conducting thorough audits.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage incoming products and oversee inventory levels to avoid shortages.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and generate regular reports on inventory status and performance.
  • Business Acumen: Approach tasks with a commercial mindset to help achieve the company's ambitious goals.
  • Warehouse Efficiency: Uphold an organized and efficient warehouse layout, ensuring proper labeling and storage of products.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to and implement leading practices to ensure exceptional service for our community.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve inventory challenges.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance stock control processes, boost efficiency, and minimize errors.
  • Reporting: Deliver accurate weekly reports to the purchasing and warehouse management teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker proficient in inventory management systems (experience with Unleashed Inventory Management is a plus, training available).
  • Familiar with best practices in inventory control.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards, including FIFO practices and compliance with Food & Hygiene Standards.
  • Experience in training and developing staff, ensuring effective communication of updates to the warehouse team.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
