Service Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Operations Coordinator to support a dynamic engineering team within the HVAC Maintenance sector.

This role involves assisting a dedicated group of engineers and ensuring the efficient management of service operations.

Our company has a strong presence in the industry, with over 40 years of successful operations across various regions.

We currently employ a growing team of engineers and are committed to maintaining high standards in service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess experience in scheduling and coordinating engineers across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical disciplines. Responsibilities include managing client communications, assigning tasks to engineers, and organizing maintenance schedules to ensure seamless service.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning issues, manage permits, and communicate with subcontractors.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on project progress.
  • Handle quotations, procure necessary parts, and arrange meetings for the engineering team.
  • Proactively schedule work, maintain client relationships, and address any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with contract obligations and monitor team performance.
  • Set clear objectives, conduct training sessions, and manage correspondence efficiently to guarantee timely project completion.


Experience with scheduling software, such as Job Logic, is advantageous but not essential for this role.



Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of 28K
  • Standard working hours of 9 – 5 on a 40-hour week, with flexibility available
