Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our on-trade sales team in West Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across the region.
About the Role- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the drinks industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
