Key Responsibilities

The Emergency Response Centre serves as a vital element of the urgent care framework, providing a comprehensive access point for mental health services. We offer a 24/7 crisis intervention service, including intensive home support as an alternative to hospitalization.

In alignment with national health initiatives, we are expanding our services to better assist individuals in crisis, receiving referrals through various emergency channels.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and upholding care standards, ensuring that individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges receive timely and effective support.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and recovery-oriented approach to patient care.
