About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Leader to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in the transformation of our audiology services, driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve audiology services, ensuring they meet nationally agreed levels of activity and quality.
  • Collaborate with the clinical director and general manager to deliver key projects and work streams, driving innovation and improvement in clinical services.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the audiology department, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement modernising referral pathways, streamlining processes and improving patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of audiology services, aligning with the trust's overall strategy and goals.
Requirements
  • Extensive clinical experience in audiology, with a strong background in paediatrics.
